Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support our family with household chores. This is a part-time position (8–12 hours per week) within a private household. The role will focus on maintaining a clean, organised and comfortable home environment.
Duties
- Weekly cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Cleaning and refreshing the main bathrooms each week.
- Changing and laundering bedding.
- Ironing and care of clothing.
- Rotating focus on different areas of the house for deeper cleaning each week (e.g. kitchen cupboards, windows, additional bathrooms, or other spaces).
- Other light household tasks as agreed in advance.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show attention to detail.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet.
- Flexible and willing to adapt tasks depending on household needs.
This role would suit someone who enjoys creating a tidy and well-kept home environment, and who is looking for regular part-time work.
