Trainee Service Advisor/Coster – Dungannon

As a Trainee Service Advisor/Coster, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing support and guidance throughout the vehicle repair process.
Contract/Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week)
- Saturdays: 1 in 4 rota (08:00 – 14:00), paid at time and a half with the opportunity for additional hours once competent to do so
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, making a strong and positive impression
- Prepare and plan vehicle bookings efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries via face-to-face, telephone, and email
- Provide clear explanations of required services, including costs and timeframes
- Maintain high standards of communication throughout the customer journey
- Prepare job packs via the eWIP system, including recall checks and updating Truckfile
- Invoice for the repair work carried out on vehicles
- Liaise and build rapport across all internal departments
- Support internal and external audits to maintain dealership standards
- Stay up to date with products, services, and industry developments
Essential Criteria
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness and ability to drive vehicles on the dealership site
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident and professional manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
