Exclusive Education are currently looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants in an SEMH School based in North Liverpool.
The role will be full time, supporting learners between the age of 13 and 18 on a one to one basis. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help students who may have a number of additional needs including ADHD, ASD and challenging behaviour, so previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant would be preferred but not essential.
The role will involve both classroom based and outdoor learning, with the school offering a range of alternative subjects for the students. A Learning Support Assistant will play a key role in supporting engagement and encouraging positive participation in these activities.
Candidates with sports backgrounds or coaching experience would be welcome, as would candidates with non-academic backgrounds (e.g. Youth Work), particularly if you are interested in developing a career as a Learning Support Assistant.
The school is centrally located providing ample parking and boasting excellent facilities for the students including artificial sports pitches and a dance studio.
