weekdays only mond-friday usually and early finish on a friday, start time 6am
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products according to specified recipes and standards.
- Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures, to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct routine cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Record production data accurately using basic math skills for inventory tracking and quality checks.
- Skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP principles, is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food production processes and quality control measures.
