About Us
MSL Global is a fast-paced, experiential agency. We deliver world-class live events, brand activations, and specialised automotive operations for some of the biggest global brands. We are expanding rapidly, and to support this growth, we are expanding our People & Culture team. This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling business where your work directly shapes the workplace environment.
The Opportunity
This is a brand-new role created to support our company's growth. Working directly alongside our new Recruitment Advisor, you will provide the vital administrative backbone for our People & Culture function.
This position is a perfect match for a proactive, highly organised HR professional who has a passion for detail and data integrity, but equally loves the human side of HR. If you thrive in a flexible, fast-moving environment, love taking the initiative to improve workflows, and want to develop your career alongside a scaling business, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do :
- You will coordinate the administrative processes along the employee lifecyle for our team.
- You will ensure our data integrity and GDPR compliance remain flawless as the business expands.
- Combine your love for people with your organisational skills to co-ordinate a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience and induction process for every new starter.
- Act as the trusted face of the department for employees and managers, confidently advising on everyday HR policies, benefits, and first-level employee relations (such as absence management and return-to-work interviews).
- Work closely with the director to roll out new People & Culture strategies, and help showcase our workplace culture and initiatives across internal and social channels.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in HR administration, lifecycle co-ordination, and compliance.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent proven experience) with a solid, practical understanding of UK employment law.
- You are highly organised, process-minded, and detail-oriented, with the professional discretion and calm approach needed to handle sensitive situations.
- Highly proficient with HRIS platforms and database management. You have a sharp eye for detail and an absolute passion for keeping files and data meticulous.
- You genuinely love people. You are approachable, positive, and bring a fun energy to the team, while maintaining total professional discretion with sensitive data.
What We Offer:
- A brilliant chance to step into a newly created role with a clear path for professional HR development as the business grows.
- A balanced hybrid flexible working model (3-4 days in the office, depending on business priorities).
- A vibrant, creative, and fast-moving team environment.
