We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our well-established and growing dog grooming salon, located just outside Basingstoke in Cliddesden. My name is Andrea Knight, founder and owner of Barking Barnets and I’m looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Dog Groomer to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities
* Groom dogs to a high standard, tailored to breed standards or each owner’s individual preferences.
* Carry out bathing, drying, styling, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and general coat maintenance.
* Perform basic health checks and highlight any concerns to owners.
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised salon environment.
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
Skills & Qualifications
* Level 3 Dog Grooming qualification (or equivalent)
* Canine First Aid qualification desirable.
* Previous professional dog grooming experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A genuine love for dogs and their welfare.
* Good attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship.
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time effectively.
* Friendly, positive, and enjoys working within a small, supportive team.
