This is a hands-on role in a small but growing vodka jelly shot manufacturing business. You’ll be helping with production, packing, cleaning, stock control, order preparation, and general day-to-day operations.
The work is practical, hands-on, and physical, including lifting and moving (e.g. 20kg boxes), standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks - eased by the option to listen to music/podcasts on your headphones!

Typical duties include:
- Preparing packaging for production
- Operating filling and sealing machinery
- Cleaning production equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and floors
- Managing stock, deliveries, order packing
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
- Supporting general business tasks as needed
Requirements
No qualifications or experience are needed - just the determination to work hard as part of the team. However, you do need to be detail oriented, practical, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.

- As the premises are in a rural location having a driving license and vehicle would be ideal, but if you live in Royston it's possible to get a lift to work with owner.
Hours: Part-time role, 9am–5pm, 3–4 weekdays per week, with the possibility of becoming full-time. Overtime, including occasional weekend work, may be available during busy periods.

Wage: £16 per hour.

The role will be subject to a three-month probationary period, during which performance, reliability, and suitability for the role will be reviewed.
