Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role also covers Brakes, Exausts, tyres and replacement of components.,This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
