Midland Paper Products are now looking for experienced Production Operatives to join our production team based in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, plus employee benefits.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm, 2pm to 10pm rolling rota.
As Production Operative, you will be hands-on, with quality and customer service at the core.
What will you be doing as our Production Operative?
- To operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products;
- To pack finished products on the end of the line ready to send through to distribution;
- To ensure a high standard of quality is maintained throughout the production process;
- To maintain excellent hygiene standards in line with Company procedure;
- To communicate any issues as they arise;
- To follow all Company procedures;
- To adhere to Health and Safety standards;
- To work in a flexible and organised manner;
- To carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Supervisor or Manager.
