Bakers Environmental is a thriving recycling and waste management company looking for an experienced, hands-on Recycling Site Supervisor to lead our busy recycling operation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising the day-to-day running of the recycling site.
- Leading and motivating a small team to achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
- Operating and overseeing balers, shredders, granulators, and other recycling equipment.
- Ensuring materials are processed to the required quality standards.
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting maintenance requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Training and supporting team members to help them develop.
- Working closely with management to improve site performance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- Proven experience operating balers, shredders, granulators, or comparable processing machinery.
- A positive, hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in an industrial workplace.
- Ability to organise workloads and solve problems effectively.
- Forklift licence or mechanical experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
