Are you a qualified and experienced Conveyancer that would embrace the opportunity to lead a passionate Residential Property department?
A well-respected Middlesbrough based law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Team Leader to join its Residential Property department.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or CILEX professional who enjoys running their own caseload but is also confident supervising others and helping drive the performance of a busy conveyancing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a varied conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy-to-let

Supervising, supporting and developing a small conveyancing team

Allocating work and ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client service

Supporting the department with billing, compliance, client relationships and business development
The ideal Candidate will be:

A Qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional

Have around 8+ years’ PQE in conveyancing, although there may be flexibility for the right person
-
Previous experience supervising or managing a small team
-
Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
-
Commercial Property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
