Assume full responsibility for the stockroom to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the store's commercial success
Implement and enforce company rules and procedures for maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom
Make informed decisions that align with store turnover, considering customer profiles and commercial goals
Monitor and analyse stockroom performance, proposing improvements and addressing concerns as needed
Allocate resources effectively to drive productivity in the stockroom
Collaborate with senior management and the visual merchandising team to maintain a trend-focused and brand-relevant stockroom
Lead recruitment, induction, training, and development of stockroom team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies
Report directly to Store Manager to manage loss prevention effectively
Provide feedback on operational performance and suggest improvements during regular catch-ups with senior management
Collaborate with external business partners to ensure a safe and compliant working environment
Part of the senior team to carry store responsibilities such open/close, store emergency evacuation and any others duties required by the management team.
