Job Opportunity: Full-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Salary from £26352 per annum ( negotiable depending on experience)
Mouthmatters is a long established, fully private dental clinic situated in the heart of Chester.
As practice growth is increasing, we are looking for a new team member to grow with us.
Position Overview
This is flexible role requiring a flexible approach.
The role consists of treatment co-ordination/administrative support.
Some nursing/reception cover may be required when necessary.
As a Dental TCO, you will help coordinate private treatments, support case acceptance, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Administrative Duties to maintain compliance and efficient running if the practice
The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Support clinicians in coordinating patient care
- Work towards and achieve targets set for private treatment uptake
- Assist with developing and contributing to social media content
- Support digital marketing initiatives and promote practice treatments
- Be responsible for practice compliance
- Guide patients through consultations, treatment options, fees, and finance options
- Convert consultations into committed treatment plans
- Manage and follow up an active patient pipeline
- Ensure all treatment plans, consent forms, and finance paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- GDC registered with previous dental experience
- Demonstrates excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
- Is confident and professional
- Has sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Is proactive, target-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a busy environment
- Flexible and can adapt to an evolving environment
- A genuine passion for patient care and delivering exceptional service
- May suit a qualified dental nurse looking to transition into TCO/admin support role
