About the Role
As a Vehicle Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for attending roadside recoveries, safely loading and transporting vehicles, and delivering them to the customer's chosen destination. You will be providing a professional and courteous service while ensuring vehicles are recovered safely and efficiently.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
- Have previous experience driving 3.5T vehicles.
- Ideally have experience within the vehicle recovery industry; however, full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Have basic mechanical knowledge or experience, as this will be beneficial when assessing and recovering vehicles.
- Be reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Be able to pass a DBS (formerly CRB) background check.
Working Hours
This role operates on a 4-day working week, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Shifts include a mixture of day and late shifts, with Alternate weekend working required on a rota basis.
