As Governance Manager you will be responsible for supporting key UCL committees appropriate to the seniority of the post. This will include attending meetings and writing minutes. You will also support the planning of committee business overall, and the review of committee responsibilities and functions. There will also be responsibility for line management.

A full range of duties can be found on the attached job spec.
To do this job you will need to demonstrate: strong communication skills; an ability to absorb, understand and summarise complex information; report-writing or committee servicing experience at a senior level, including dealing with complex and sensitive matters; and an excellent understanding of the governance structures within Higher Education or a similar environment. Line management experience would be an advantage for this post.
