We're seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate marketing executive.
To be clear about what this is not: it's not a grad scheme, and you won't spend a year shadowing people or making decks nobody reads. You're joining a small, fast moving consultancy and you'll need to draw on a wide range of marketing skills. The work is real from week 1.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Manage client accounts with real responsibility from day 1. There is no waiting your turn here
- Competitor research, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, reporting on live campaigns
- Learn Google Ads through our training courses. You'll work through them yourself, summarise what you've learned, and apply it on real accounts fast. We're here every step of the way and value those that bring us tons of questions
- Use AI in everything. We are further ahead on this than most agencies you'll have come across, and you'll learn to work that way from day 1
- Take on more the moment you show you can handle it. We promote on evidence, not tenure
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A 1st or a Masters in marketing or something close to it. But the degree is the entry ticket, not the point. What I actually want is proof you push yourself harder than anyone requires you to: you've captained a sports team, competed at a high level, led a society, built something of your own, or worked your way through university. If nothing on your CV shows that kind of drive, this isn't the role for you.
The ability to teach yourself is key. You'll get structured courses, 1 day a week with me, and a team around you on daily calls. What you won't get is someone standing over you. If you need that, this isn't the role for you either.
I also want someone genuinely keen on AI who understands its application in marketing. You'll use it constantly here. But AI does the heavy lifting, you do the thinking. If you'd let it think for you, we won't get on.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
Mostly from home. You'll spend 1 day a week at our office in Weston-super-Mare, and a bit more than that in your first few weeks. The rest of the team is fully remote, spread across Cyprus, Berlin, the UK and the US, and you'll be on calls with them daily. Remote does not mean alone here.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY
- You MUST want to be genuinely excellent at marketing, not just employed in it
- You MUST be able to learn by yourself, from courses and documentation, and show what you've taken from them
- You MUST be comfortable with real responsibility early, because you'll have it from day 1
- You MUST be comfortable being measured on output, because you will be
- You MUST be able to get to Weston-super-Mare weekly
