What Youll Be Doing
As a Sales Support, youll be a key part of the Fleet LCV operation supporting the LCV Sales across multiple brands and channels.
Your role will focus on:
- Supporting our Fleet LCV Managers
- Taking control or the order right through to delivery
- Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
- Managing our external supplier relationships
- Understanding the progression of vehicles through bodybuilders/sub contractors
- Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
- Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
- Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery
Youll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.
