Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitresses, Waiters, and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions swiftly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar stations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a welcoming demeanour
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions accurately
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment is advantageous
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a lively setting
