Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll attend properties affected by escape of water and related perils, carrying out inspections, moisture assessments, and installing/monitoring drying equipment. You’ll also support with strip-out works and cross-team collaboration (Fire, Logistics, Contents), ensuring every job is completed right the first time.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where attention to detail, safety, and professionalism are key. You’ll play an essential part in helping policyholders restore their homes and lives.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection & Assessment – completing detailed moisture surveys and reports.
- Drying Works – setting up, monitoring, and maintaining drying systems.
- Strip-Out & Support – safe removal of unsalvageable materials.
- Compliance & Safety – completing H&S documentation correctly the first time.
- Customer Service – supporting policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Equipment & Vehicles – keeping vans/equipment checked and ready.
- Cross-Team Support – working across departments and taking part in the on-call rota.
Requirements:
- Full clean manual driving license
- Experience within flood and fire restoration
- BMDA and / or IICRC certifications (desirable)
Position Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Hourly rate dependent on experience
- Company uniform provided
- Work located across the Central Belt of Scotland

Experience:
