The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent written and IT skills for care planning and writing reports. Be able to delegate, and manage staff to be able to deliver quality person centred care.
The applicant should have previous experience working in a Residential care setting with at least 5 years experience. The qualifications required are NVQ level 5, or at least working towards gaining that qualification, which can be obtained whilst working.
As an organisation which has been covid free throughout the pandemic, all staff and residents are routinely tested weekly, we provide PPE, and we are strictly observing visiting arrangements in line with government instructions.
