Globisync is a leading UK-based ecommerce agency. We help marketplace sellers scale their sales and maximize brand visibility across major UK marketplaces. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team.This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing our online sales channels. Your primary mission is to onboard new marketplace sellers and brands onto our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative ecommerce solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to organisational growth while developing their professional expertise in a fast-paced environment. We offer ultimate flexibility and trust. This role is available on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Professional Freelance basis. We do not control your hours, your schedule, or your working style. We are purely focused on your growth at Globisync and achieving our business goals. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, with only occasional visits required to our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Seller Onboarding (Primary Focus): Identify, pitch, and onboard new UK marketplace sellers and brands to Globisync.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactive Support: Maintain professional client relations, give your 100% every day, listen deeply to your sellers, and always be ready to initiate help first to maintain our goal of 100% seller satisfaction.
Requirements & Experience
- Industry Experience: Must be an ex-employee of a UK-based marketplace (with a proven track record in seller onboarding) OR have experience working within a UK ecommerce agency onboarding online sellers.
- Track Record: Proven experience in business development within an ecommerce environment or related industry.
- Sales DNA: Strong business development skills with a passion for outbound prospecting and closing deals.
- Work Ethic: A proactive approach with the ability to work independently whilst collaborating within a team setting.
