We are looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate multiple workstreams manage stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
You will work closely with clients internal teams and external partners to turn business requirements into practical delivery plans. This role is suited to someone who is organised commercially aware and confident managing priorities in a fast paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Develop clear project plans timelines milestones and resource requirements based on agreed client and business objectives.
Project Delivery
Coordinate project activities and ensure that tasks are completed according to schedule quality expectations and agreed scope.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain regular communication with clients internal departments suppliers and project contributors.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project risks dependencies and delivery issues and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Budget Monitoring
Track project expenditure resources and commercial performance against approved budgets.
Reporting
Prepare progress reports project updates action logs and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior management.
Team Coordination
Support project teams by assigning responsibilities monitoring progress and resolving delivery blockers.
Process Improvement
Review project outcomes and recommend improvements to strengthen future delivery performance.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in project management project coordination business operations or professional services delivery.
Project Knowledge
A good understanding of project planning risk management budgeting stakeholder communication and performance reporting.
Organisation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines priorities and workstreams.
Communication
Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain project information clearly to different audiences.
Problem Solving
A practical and solution focused approach to resolving project challenges and delivery risks.
Qualifications
A degree or professional qualification in project management business management operations or a related subject is preferred.
Knowledge of recognised project management methods such as Agile Waterfall PRINCE2 or similar frameworks would be beneficial.
Tools
Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Project Jira Asana Monday com Trello or similar tools.
Pay: £49,404.00-£55,000.00 per year
