Mobile Cleaning Support Operative
Location: Various sites
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week (with additional hours available as required)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Support Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is happy to travel between different locations to provide cleaning support where needed.
The successful candidate will primarily cover staff sickness, holidays, absences, and additional cleaning requirements across our sites. There will also be opportunities to carry out general cleaning duties during the day as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning cover for staff holidays, sickness, and other absences.
- Carry out high standards of cleaning across a variety of sites.
- Respond to short-notice cover requirements when necessary.
- Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain professional standards when working independently or as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle due to the location of some sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts, evening shifts, and occasional weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Experience in commercial, office, healthcare, educational, or industrial cleaning environments.
