Ladurée is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail & Coffee Sales Associates to join the Heathrow Airport team. This role combines luxury retail, coffee preparation and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, preparing high-quality hot beverages, maintaining impeccable store standards and supporting the team during busy trading periods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to international travellers
- Welcome every customer warmly and confidently promote Ladurée products
- Assist customers with product recommendations, gifting and purchases
- Deliver efficient service while maintaining Ladurée's luxury standards
- Prepare high-quality coffees, teas and other hot beverages following Ladurée recipes and standards
- Keep the coffee preparation area clean and fully stocked
- Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Promote seasonal collections, gifting and limited editions
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
