Duties
- Providing a wide range of hairdressing services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
- Offering specialised services including waxing and threading.
- Upselling additional products and services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Managing front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries
- Mentoring junior staff and trainees to foster skill development and team cohesion
- Assisting with store management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work
- Knowledge of store management procedures and customer service excellence
- Skilled in barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently and multitask effectively
- Experience in mentoring junior staff or trainees is advantageous
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for the beauty industry
