Paramount are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is a key front-of-house role supporting both our operational and engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications, coordinating diaries for Directors, and providing general administrative support across the office.
We are looking for a confident and approachable individual who is comfortable speaking with clients and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming external and internal calls
- Diverting calls and taking accurate messages
- Managing and coordinating Directors’ diaries
- Providing general office administration support
- Assisting with finance administration tasks as required
