Duties
- Perform professional hair styling and barbering services, including cuts, fades,shaves, trims, and grooming consultations
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired outcomes and aftercare instructions
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering or cosmetology

Pay: £27,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
