Make a difference while having fun!
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and enthusiastic Support Worker to support young adults to get out, enjoy life and be active within their local community.
This is a fixed-hours role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people and helping young adults build their confidence and independence.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support young adults to take part in a range of fun and meaningful activities, such as:
- Days out, shopping and trips into town
- Bowling, cinema, cafés and meals out
- Swimming, gym sessions and other sports
- Clubs, hobbies and social activities
- Trying new experiences and exploring new places
- Building confidence, independence and social skills
No two days have to be the same! The focus is on helping the people you support live life, have fun, make their own choices and feel part of their community.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, reliable, caring and genuinely enjoys getting involved. Previous care or support experience is welcomed, but the right personality, attitude and commitment are just as important.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make someone’s day while enjoying activities and new experiences together, we’d love to hear from you!
