Multi-Traders Required – Long-Term Work
We are currently looking for experienced Multi-Traders to work on void properties across Retford, Gainsborough, and Worksop.
The Role:
- Working on social housing void properties
- Carrying out a variety of trades as part of refurbishment works
- Duties will include:
- Fitting skirting boards and architraves
- Basic and patch plastering
- Wall and floor tiling
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Making properties ready for new tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in multi-trade work
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Reliable and committed to long-term work
