We’re currently looking for a practical, detail focused retail assistant to join our retail team based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport
As a Retail Assistant, you will have a range of duties from engaging with our customers, delivering a fast and friendly service and replenishing our much-loved products.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, adaptable and able to use initiative where customer service is our top priority, our customer base is very tourist driven and we require someone who strives to achieve great customer service and a willingness to learn and take
The Candidate must be able to commute to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Shift availability needs to be between 03.30AM to 20.00PM. Shifts time will vary in this period but between 1-4 shifts per week between 7.5-30 hours per week, with shift duration between 5-9.5 hours per day.
More hours will be required to work to cover staff holidays and peak season.
The candidate must be comfortable with working alone, so the ideal candidate will be autonomous with a positive working attitude and able to use initiative. Most shifts have lone working scheduled with around a 1 hour crossover with other staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver great customer service to all our customers.
- Replenish store to ensure items are always available.
- Maintain store standards to ensure customer journey is clean, tidy and presentable.
- Supporting the team to meet daily retail targets.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
- Fully computer literate
- Confident using Microsoft Packages
- Experience using EPOS Software
What we are offering:
· Pay £13.10 per hour with 16-30 hours per week.
· Shift lengths vary between 5 - 9.5 hours
· Shop Opening hours 03.30-20.00
