M.J Bedford is the largest supplier of mobile concrete line and screed pumps to builders and d.i.y, operating within a 100 mile radius of Peterborough PE6.
We are looking for a physically fit person to drive the vehicle to site, lift the pipes off the truck and clip them together, operate the machine when there and then return to base that night. When we are quiet, we would like you to work in our yard doing other jobs. You must be reliable and have your own transport to get to / from work - reliability is one of the keys to this job by far. We will train you fully and provide you with full PPE.
Hours are Monday to Friday and you will need to be available for some Saturday mornings if required. You must definitely be able to start early, and be prepared to finish late as the site needs dictate - no question about that. You must hold a full driving licence (HGV not necessary).
