Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 required)
Location: Woodseats, Sheffield (S8)
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum (pro rata, based on experience/hours)

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their beautiful, well-equipped setting in the Woodseats (S8) area.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment where children can thrive at their own pace.
- Building strong, trusting partnerships with parents and carers.
- Planning imaginative indoor and outdoor play-based activities in line with the EYFS.
- Working collaboratively with a welcoming, approachable team of qualified professionals.
What we’re looking for:
· Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent). (REQUIRED)
- A naturally warm, caring, and nurturing personality.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and "learning through play".
- Strong communication skills and supportive approach to working as part of a team
- Creative approach to child learning and development.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role. Don’t worry if you don’t already have one, we can help you apply. Proven understanding of safeguarding is mandatory.
