Educo Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden that is seeking a dedicated Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
This rewarding role involves supporting children within the Early Years setting who have additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language difficulties, and social communication needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and thrive within the classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children in Early Years or Key Stage 1
- Have experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD
- Be patient, nurturing, and committed to helping every child succeed
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be enthusiastic about creating a positive and engaging learning environment
