Our long established logistics client based in Rotherhm South Yorkshire has an urgent requirement for HGV 7.5T Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description.
Work involves 7.5T HGV LGV Driving work, of either National Deliveries or more local work. Working times are 0800am to 1630pm (Some days may be longer with nights out involved but this is not everyday)
You will delivering beds to businesses and shops, so handballing is involved as well as excellent customer service skills as you will be face to face with our clients customers.
Licence requirements:
HGV Class C1 licence (UK)
Up to date CPC for your Class C1
Up to date Digi card for your Class C1
You Must:
Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
Be punctual
Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
Weekdays per hour: £13.50 ph (PAYE) and overtime after 40 hours paid at £27.00 ph
Rates are set by our client and you paid the same as their own drivers from day 1.
