Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling colouring and customer service, and management with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage store operations effectively. Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Perform outstanding colour work
- Deliver personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Manage day to day running of the salon meeting targets
- Mentor and train junior stylists and apprentices to uphold high standards of service and technical skill.
- Upsell additional services salon products
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in store management tasks, including stock control and promotional activities.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in colour work, cutting techniques, and specialised treatments.
- Strong background in salons
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Experience in front desk operations and appointment management.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve their professional best.
- Effective upselling skills to promote additional services or retail products.
