As Front of House, you are the first and lasting impression of The Taktouk Clinic. This role is central to the overall patient experience—offering a calm, discreet welcome and ensuring that every individual feels respected, understood, and cared for. You will work closely with the clinical and operations teams to deliver an environment that is serene, professional, and emotionally intelligent.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in an aesthetic, medical, or luxury service environment
- Impeccable personal presentation and clear, compassionate communication skills
- A calm, warm, and unflappable manner—even during busy times
- Strong organisational skills and confidence with booking systems and payments
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in patient wellbeing
- An understanding of aesthetics, skincare, or wellness is advantageous but not essential
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
