About the role:
You will work alongside the Business Development Manager in delivering sustainable and progressive sales growth for Beers Paint - A positive and motivated approach will be key when contributing to the store targets and developing sales within our range of decorative paints and sundry items.
Who we are looking for
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Assistant / Delivery Driver who is passionate about delivering the best possible customer service to our clients.
You will be able to evidence competence in the delivery of sales targets.
You will be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills.
You will have a natural flair for interior design.
You will have a full clean driving Licence.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
· Mix paint for customers, processing specialist orders.
· Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
· Provide exceptional service to customers.
· Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service.
· Keep the paint shop organised and safe, in line with company standards.
· Delivering products to customers in and around the local area.
