The Role
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Housekeeper to join our friendly and hardworking team.
Housekeeping is at the heart of the guest experience. Every bedroom, lodge and public area should feel immaculate, welcoming and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring our guests enjoy the comfort and quality expected of a five-star property.
This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys maintaining high standards and appreciates the importance of consistency, discretion and teamwork. Whilst primarily daytime hours, occasional evening turndown service may be required during busier periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, suites, lodges and public areas to an exceptional standard.
- Change bed linen, replenish towels and present guest amenities with care and attention to detail.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, polish and sanitise all areas of the property.
- Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and presented to five-star standards.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding and organising linen.
- Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Work closely with Reception, Maintenance and the wider hotel team to ensure rooms are ready on time.
- Deliver warm, professional and discreet service whenever interacting with guests.
- Follow all health, safety and COSHH procedures.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards.
- Is reliable, organised and hardworking.
- Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Has a friendly and professional manner.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Is flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and occasional evenings.
- Has reliable transport and can commute when evening cover is required.
