Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Plumber to carry out a variety of domestic and commercial works across Broxtowe Borough and surrounding areas.
The role will primarily involve plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations. However, we are looking for someone who is confident turning their hand to a range of maintenance and multi-trade tasks when required. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as alongside other members of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, and drainage issues
- Bathroom installations and upgrades
- Hot and cold water system repairs and installations
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance works
- Property maintenance and repair works
- Carrying out multi-trade works where required, including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, decorating, and general repairs
- Working effectively both independently and within a team
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent preferred)
- Ability to undertake a variety of maintenance and multi-trade tasks
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Bathroom fitting experience
- Tiling and basic carpentry skills
- Experience within social housing, insurance works, or property maintenance
- Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance
