We are looking for a talented, outgoing, well-spoken individual to join our growing team at New Life Teeth Manchester for a Front of House Reception Role.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients coming into our State of The Art facility, and in line with the exceptional standard of patient care we offer, it is essential that our Front of House Team are delivering exceptional 5 Star service to our clients.
We are looking for an experienced FOH Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients and settling them into our environment, scheduling appointments and managing patient records. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. The FOH Coordinator should also be comfortable working with electronic medical records systems and be able to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals. Experience in dental administration would be an advantage, or an ideal role for those wanting to step away from clinical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment records accurately.
- Greet patients and answer any questions they may have.
- Collect patient information, such as medical history, contact information and payment information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
- Coordinate well with other departments in the clinic for seamless communication and patient experience
