OVERVIEW
We are looking to recruit a Night Porter / Driver to join our exceptional Front Office team. This varied and rewarding role is central to ensuring our guests receive outstanding service throughout the night, providing safe transportation across the resort, assisting with guest requests and supporting the smooth overnight operation of one of the UK's most prestigious resort destinations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards. You will be proactive, dependable and able to work effectively under pressure whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
The successful candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, with a D1 licence preferred, and will be a confident driver with an excellent driving record. Previous experience within a hotel, concierge or customer service environment would be desirable, along with experience driving minibuses or larger passenger vehicles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO …
As Night Porter / Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include providing a warm and professional welcome to guests and visitors, safely transporting guests and colleagues around the resort, and carrying out valet parking duties when required. You will assist guests with luggage, respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests, and support the Reception and Night Management teams with overnight operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas and entrances, ensuring resort vehicles remain clean and roadworthy, and reporting any defects immediately. You will also report maintenance, health and safety, or security concerns promptly and undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the operation.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service whilst reflecting the values and standards of The Celtic Collection.
Hours of work: Night shifts on a rota basis, typically 11:00pm to 7:00am, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
