We’re looking for a driven and structured IS Project Manager to join our Group IT & Digital function, leading the delivery of impactful IT and digital initiatives across multiple business units.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering projects that directly support business performance, transformation and growth.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery , ensuring initiatives are structured, controlled and successfully implemented across the organisation.
Working within a central PMO, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, driving alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects or workstreams
Define scope, delivery approach, success criteria and expected outcomes
Build and manage project plans across business and IT teams
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners
Oversee delivery phases including design, build, testing and implementation
Manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving effective resolution
Deliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders and support decision-making
Ensure business readiness and smooth transition into live operation
Proven experience delivering IT or digital projects end-to-end in complex environments
Experience working across business and IT teams in structured delivery frameworks
Strong stakeholder management across multi-functional teams
Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
Strong planning, governance, risk and issue management skills
Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent)
Experience delivering infrastructure or enterprise systems projects
Experience in manufacturing, engineering or operational environments
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, ADO, Planner or Planview
Location: Leeds or Doncaster with the ability to travel across different sites
