- Day Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
- Must be able to cover Sunday and Monday to be part of the core rota

About the Client
Our client lives independently in his own home with the support of a 24-hour care team and his much-loved dog.
He enjoys a wide range of interests, including:
️ Motorbikes and mechanics
Carpentry and practical projects
Watching television and relaxing at home
You'll play a vital role in supporting him both physically and emotionally, helping him continue to enjoy the hobbies and lifestyle that matter most to him.
About the Role
You will support a client with complex clinical needs, including:
- Acquired spinal injury
- Tetraplegia
- Epilepsy
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Tracheostomy care
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you'll provide specialist support while promoting independence, comfort, and choice in everyday life.
Key Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will:
✅ Support daily and overnight routines
✅ Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming
✅ Provide mobility support, including the use of hoists and specialist equipment
✅ Administer medication and monitor health conditions
✅ Monitor and report any changes in condition or wellbeing
✅ Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship
✅ Maintain accurate care records and documentation
✅ Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members
✅ Support the client to participate in activities and interests they enjoy
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring and reliable individuals who have:
✔ Experience supporting adults with complex care needs
✔ Experience with spinal injury care, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, neurological conditions, or rehabilitation support
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
✔ The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ A flexible and committed attitude
✔ Confidence building positive relationships with clients and their families
