Now we're building a passionate kitchen team from the ground up at Tophs, and we're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- A genuine passion for fresh, quality food.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Take ownership of your section and ensure it runs efficiently.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with stock control, food preparation, and minimising waste.
- Support junior team members where required.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
