An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join the team at Allparts Automotive Solutions based in Exeter.
As Allparts continues to grow, we have an opening for a Sales advisor at our Headquarters on Marsh Barton Industrial Estate in Exeter. The role entails dealing with our existing customers for both new and recycled automotive parts and generating additional sales from telephone and website enquiries.
This role will be office based. You will use your skills to generate sales from the hundreds of enquiries received daily. Training will be provided.
This role will suit someone with high levels of energy and ambition, who is extremely self-motivated and is capable of working with a degree of autonomy.
The successful candidate will maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the customer and identifying their needs. This individual would have the opportunity to:
- Identify and develop sources of potential customers
- Manage and maintain web sales
- Maintain regular contact with Key customers
- Achieve sales targets as directed by Managing Director and Sales Manager
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge of products, relevant selling points and benefits. Full on-site training will be given
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products
- Represent in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health and Safety
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director
