Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services effectively
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet organisational targets
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings
- Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to secure large or complex deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office suite
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
