The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Work full-time (approx. 173 hours/month) to achieve life-changing outcomes.
- Implement our therapeutic model, looking beyond behaviour to meet underlying needs.
- Support children's progress in education, emotional regulation, and healthy habit development.
- Maintain a high-nurture, high-structure environment with positive routines.
- Work a rota pattern (typically 2/3 shifts per week) including min. two sleep shifts weekly.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Some background working with children or adults who have trauma, learning, or mental health difficulties.
- Attributes: High resilience, emotional maturity, solution-oriented, and high energy.
- Skills: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Commute: Maidstone, Kent
