Bristol City Robins Foundation has a vacancy for a Contact Producer to play a key role in telling impactful stories. They will create content which showcases the impact of our work and helps grow our events and programmes.
Purpose of the Role
At the Robins Foundation you'll use your creative skills to showcase how the power of football makes a genuine difference in people's lives.
You will have experience of creating engaging multimedia content, producing and editing high-quality video and photography, and manage day-to-day communication and social media platforms. This role will increase awareness and engagement, help elevate our brand and drive our fundraising and events profile.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce engaging video content for social media, website and campaigns.
- Film Foundation sessions, events and community activities.
- Edit high-quality short and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Capture high-quality photography across all of our programmes and events.
- Produce graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite in line with Foundation and Bristol City branding.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the Foundation's communications comms plan and strategy.
Social Media & Digital
- Manage the Foundation's social media channels.
- Schedule content across Meta, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions tailored to different audiences.
- Monitor social media engagement and community management.
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase audience growth.
Website & Editorial
- · Work alongside the Marketing & Communications Manager to upload content to the Robins Foundation website using WordPress.
- · Work alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager to help draft compelling news stories, features and case studies.
- · Work alongsidethe Marketing and Communication manager to update all aspects of the website and make sure its relevant and up-to-date and support campaign landing pages and fundraising content.
Video Production
Lead on creating engaging video content including:
- Participant stories.
- Case studies across the organisation.
- Event highlights and promotion.
- Grow Foundation social media channels including Tik Tok.
- Campaign launch videos.
- Corporate partner content.
- Fundraising appeals.
- Bristol City FC matchdays.
Monitoring & Reporting
Work alongside Marketing & Communications Manager to:
- Support monthly analytics reports.
- Analyse campaign performance using Analytics software and other reporting tools.
- Monitor website performance.
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve engagement across socials media channels.
Person Specification
