Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full rental process – from vehicle preparation and customer interaction to handling returns.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting products, services, and upgrades.
- Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service while driving revenue opportunities.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, maximising every customer interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience – with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Previous customer service background in industries such as retail, hospitality, or travel.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident approach.
- A team player with resilience and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Important Information
- Full-time & part-time hours available – shifts vary Monday to Sunday depending on business needs.
- This is not a 9–5, Monday to Friday role – flexibility is essential.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 (for insurance purposes).
- A full valid UK driving licence (manual and automatic) with at least 12 months of driving experience.
- All offers of employment are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
