Job description
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson for an ongoing domestic refurbishment programme in Leeds, working directly with a housing association.
You will be working across occupied and void properties carrying out a range of trades including tiling, plastering, joinery, and general finishing works.
What we're looking for:
- Proven multi-trade experience in a domestic setting
- Competent in tiling, plastering and joinery
- Own tools and transport
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
- CIS registered
What we offer:
- Long-term contract — 6 months minimum with potential to extend
- Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Competitive day rate — £200 per day
